Meet Dr. Charles Priolo, @priolocharles, Dr. Priolo, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor at Touro University, specializing in Human Resource Management. He holds a Ph.D. from Liberty National University, an M.A. from St. John’s University, and a B.A. from Fordham University.
