Cyril Benichou is a Lawyer, Linguist and Instructor with over twenty five years of combined corporate and educational experience. 

Cyril holds a Master of Laws and Letters (LL.M.) from Touro Law Center (where he was the recipient of the 2004 ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor & Employment Law), several Masters' degrees in International and Business Law as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne Law School (where he was a member of the second promotion of the prestigious Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques.)

Cyril Benichou’s corporate experience as an Attorney includes significant work managing Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Proceedings, and Transactional services to a broad range of client companies and law firms. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Mycrocept Pharmaceuticals Inc., a New York-based pharmaceutical company. 

Currently, Cyril Benichou is running his management consulting company and reaches out to small or medium sized for profit and not-for profit clients as a problem solver. He is also a contingent professor at various higher education institutions. His teaching background includes past positions at University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), the European School of Economics (NY), St John's University (NY), and Saint Thomas Aquinas College (NY). In addition to teaching at Touro College - Graduate School of Business (NY), Cyril Benichou is an online faculty at Thomas Edison State College (NJ), Mercer University (GA), Vaughn College of Aeronautics (NY) and Post University (CT). He is also a fellow of the National Language Service Corps.
