Anne M. Lesch is a learning and organizational development executive.

In her role as Vice President of Organizational Capability at JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Lesch led the talent management process for a 10,000-employee retail business and developed a program to retain high-potential executives.

Her diverse industry experience includes the airlines, luxury retail, financial services, management agencies, non-profit organizations, and academia.

Ms. Lesch has also served as President of the Association for Talent Development (formerly the American Society for Training and Development), New York Metro Chapter.

Her Master's Degree is from Columbia University and her Bachelor's Degree is from the University of Michigan.
