Dr. Charles Snow, Ph.D. is a professor of Accounting at Touro Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Snow served as Dean of the Business School at Touro from 2005-2008 after leading Yeshiva University's School of Business from 2001-2005. In industry, Dr. Snow was a Vice President and the Director of Training, with worldwide responsibilities, at Morgan Stanley and Co. Dr. Snow has also taught at Yeshiva University and at Baruch College and the City College of New York, where he was a tenured professor in the Accounting Department. Dr. Snow has done extensive consulting with corporate clients on issues of cost analysis, strategic management and training.

Dr. Snow received his Master's degree and Ph.D in Accounting from N.Y.U.'s Graduate School of Business. His undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University was in Economics. Dr. Snow has appeared on television, radio and in the press, speaking about issues related to corporate fraud, and has published in numerous professional journals.
