Lo Re, Mary L., Ph.D.
Dr. Lo Re was the former Director of Business Experiential Learning & Internships at the Nicolais School of Business at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York after previously holding the following leadership roles: Chair, Department of Business Administration; Dean, Department for Lifelong Learning and Interim Associate Provost.
Dr. Lo Re obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from Queens College and a Ph.D. from the Cuny Graduate Center, specializing in Monetary Theories & Policies and International Trade. She has published numerous journal articles in the areas of corruption and the financial markets, EU/EMU monetary convergence policies and exchange rates and the economic financial crisis. She has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles in the areas of corruption and the financial markets, EU/EMU monetary convergence policies and exchange rates as well as on the topic of the economic financial crisis. She also is an author of two books as well as two book chapters. Her areas of teaching and research include finance, risk modeling, economics, data analysis/forecasting and international business.
