Barry Liebling, PhD

Barry is the President of Liebling Associates Corp - a boutique management consulting firm in New York. He has an extensive consulting experience with an emphasis in the areas of organizational analysis and design, marketing strategy, marketing research, and business ethics. His special area of interest is how mindset and motivations influence the actions and performance of people inside the organization (employees) as well as those outside (potential customers). He has worked extensively with clients in industries which include: consumer products, health care, advertising, technology, financial services, and publishing.
He frequently publishes articles on the subject of business conduct and is the author of Think and Act on Business Ethics. Prior to starting Liebling Associates, Barry was a Manager in the Management Consulting Group at Arthur Young & Company (Now Ernst & Young). Before that he was a Senior Study Director at the National Analysts Division of Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Barry received his Bachelor's degree from UCLA and his PhD in experimental social psychology from Columbia University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association.
