Sabine Charles, Chief Internal Auditor of the Touro College Internal Audit Department.

Sabine is the Chief Internal Auditor of the Touro College Internal Audit Department and is responsible for directing and leading all audit-related activities. She has over 15 years of financial and global auditing experience and held varying and increasingly responsible positions with various fortune 500 financial institutions.

Sabine received an MS in Accounting and Information Systems and a BA degree in Accounting & Economics, from CUNY - Queens College. In addition, she has also earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Touro University Worldwide.

She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Risk and Information System Controls (CRISC), Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
