Mr. Berger is currently Director and Tax Counsel at Deutsche Bank, covering financial services, financial products and derivatives, funding and international tax planning. Previously he was Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in the International Tax Services group, covering financial services, financial products and derivatives, funding and financing arrangements.

He has also served as Tax Counsel at Barclays Capital and at Lehman Brothers.

He graduated from the New York University School of Law with an L.L.M. in tax. His J.D. is from the Fordham University School of Law.  He received his B.S. in Accounting Summa Cum Laude from Touro College in 1997.
